Return and Refund Policy

We guarantee complete satisfaction to our customers with their purchases, otherwise you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the items. In addition we have a simple process, with clear and fair rules for both parties.

All returns require a Return Authorization (RMA) number that you can instantly obtain online. You can access and submit the required information at the bottom of this page.

RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.

Products can be returned for any reason (subject to a 15% - 40% restocking fee) within 30 days of purchase, provided that they are in new condition and complete with the original packaging.

Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Items returned for a refund must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and accessories.

Refunds will usually appear on your credit card within 7 to 10 days after receiving the item in our warehouse.

Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. If a product fails at any time during manufacturer´s warranty may be returned for a replacement. (Remember, all returns require an RMA number).

EverythingIP does not cover cosmetic damage, Alteration, repair or attempted repair , misuse, accidents, and modification to the product, improper connection, improper use, if any of these cases occur, the warranty  will be void. 

Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.

Place the manufacturer's package inside another box to protect it during shipping. Please do not place stickers or write on the original manufacturer’s package. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.

We recommend you to ship via insured ground service with a tracking number.We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We issue a refund within next 7-10 days after your item arrive our Warehouse.

We will provide a return shipping label ONLY for an Out of the Box faulty items.
We will send a new item within next 3 business days after yours arrive to our Warehouse or we will issue a refund.
